For contractors and home-service businesses

Your second brain to quote every job the same day.

A second brain that gets the quote out the same day, chases it on day 3, 7, and 14, and remembers every job, part, and promise. We build it with you, live.

Your first brain is full.

The work is spoken for; the paperwork isn’t. Quotes go out late because the day ran long, and the job goes to whoever chased on day 3, 7, and 14, which was never you. Four or five calls a day hit voicemail while you’re under a sink, the price book hasn’t matched the supply house since spring, and the software that promises to fix all this wants per-tech seats and an implementation fee. You’re a contractor, not an IT guy. It’s midnight and you’re invoicing.

Time to add capacity.

01 / A day with it

A day with a second brain.

6:58 AM

Yesterday’s walkthrough photos and voice notes are a written quote, priced from your last twelve jobs like it. You review it over coffee and send.

9:00 AM

A new call comes in. It knows you did the neighbor’s roof last spring, what you charged, and what you flagged about the flashing.

11:15 AM

You say “chase the stale quotes.” Day-7 nudges go out on four estimates in your voice, and the Meyers’ invoice gets its third polite reminder without you re-reading the thread.

1:30 PM

Change order on the kitchen. The scope, the price difference, and the client sign-off message are drafted before you’re off the ladder.

4:00 PM

The supply house sent new price sheets. The price book updates itself, thousands of parts current, and the three jumps big enough to reprice jobs over are flagged.

11:20 PM

You can’t sleep on whether to hire a second crew. You talk it through with something that knows your margins, your callbacks, and your busy season.

Every one of these is a workflow we run ourselves, every day. The seminar builds your foundation; capabilities like these get added one at a time from there: in the live sessions, from the recordings, or built for you as a separately quoted project.

02 / How it works

One brain. Everything plugs in.

The seminar builds the brain, permanent memory of your business, tuned to your voice. Then the workflows plug in, one at a time.

Step 1

Bring your business

Your documents, your processes, your voice, the things only you know, loaded into a memory that never resets.

Step 2

We build the brain with you, live

One day in the room. You leave with the memory running, your voice tuned, and the working basics live end to end.

Step 3

Plug in the rest, one at a time

Every capability below connects to the same brain, built together in the membership sessions, or done for you.

03 / Permissions

It does what you tell it to do.

Give it as many permissions or as few as you want. You decide what it handles on its own, what waits for your tap, and what it never touches. Start with everything passing through you, hand over the routine as it earns trust, and tighten or loosen any of it anytime. The day-one posture:

  • Drafts by default: nothing sends, files, or publishes without your tap until you create a standing rule.
  • Your data stays on your accounts and never trains anyone’s models.
  • Anything customer-facing is disclosed and guardrailed; most of the work never faces a customer at all.
  • Every action is logged, so you can always see what it did and why.

04 / The offer

Two ways to get one.

Build it with us in a room, or hand us the keys. Either way you end up with a second brain that knows your business.

Done with you

The Seminar

$2,000one time · then $100/mo

$2,000 today reserves your seat. Your first month of membership comes with it, so the $100/mo starts October 8 and you can cancel anytime.

Next seminar

Tuesday, September 8

1:00 to 5:00 PM ET · online and live

Recorded, so it stays yours whether or not you make it live. Limited seats.

You leave with

  • Your second brain, running: the memory loaded with your business, your voice, and the working basics, built with you in the room
  • Every tool and template we use, yours to keep
  • The exact system we use ourselves, and the map of what to add next

The $100/mo keeps it growing

  • Live sessions where the next capabilities get built: email, content, posting, research
  • Every session recorded and documented, so you can follow along and build at your own pace
  • Your questions answered by people who’ve already built theirs
  • Accountability, and a community building alongside you
  • Month to month, cancel anytime

Done for you

The Custom Build

Customquoted after an audit of your business

Want it done for you? That’s its own engagement, priced on top of the seminar. We audit your business, quote the work, then design and build the system around how your operation actually runs, integrated with the tools you already use.

  • Starts with an audit: your business, your systems, what actually needs building
  • Quoted up front, one capability or the entire system
  • Built by the team that runs on it themselves, every day
  • Delivered running, with you and your team trained on it
  • Ongoing support if you want it

The seminar sets the foundation. Every capability after that (email management, content creation, posting, document work) you add one of three ways: build it with us in the live sessions, follow the recordings and docs at your own pace, or have us build it for you, quoted separately.

Questions

Is this another per-seat software with an implementation fee?

No seats, no implementation fee, no add-on ladder, and nobody surveils your techs. One build, one flat monthly, on accounts you own. If we disappeared tomorrow, it keeps running; it’s yours.

I run my business from my truck. Does that work?

Yes. Voice notes, texts, and photos are exactly the inputs it’s built for: you talk, and it writes, files, and chases. The office moves into the brain, not the other way around.

What if I’m not technical?

Most attendees aren’t engineers. The seminar walks the build step by step with you in the room, and you leave with it working. If you can describe what you want done in plain English, you can run a second brain.

What exactly do I walk out with?

A running second brain: the memory loaded with your business, your voice, and the working basics running end to end, plus every tool and template we use. Not a course you still have to go apply. It’s the foundation on purpose: the capabilities you stack on it after, like email management or content, get built in the membership sessions, or by us as a separately quoted custom project.

Why the monthly membership after?

Because the seminar is the foundation, not the finish. The membership is where the next capabilities get built: live sessions, a growing library of recordings and docs you can follow at your own pace, questions answered by people who’ve built theirs, and a room growing alongside you. Month to month, cancel anytime.

Isn’t this just ChatGPT?

Less than you’d think, and more where it counts. ChatGPT remembers things about you these days, but what it remembers is your chats: it never sees the inbox, the CRM, or the job files, and it doesn’t act on any of it. A second brain is wired into your actual business and does the work, drafting, prepping, chasing, and answering, under rules that stick because they’re rules, not preferences it might recall.

Where does my data live?

With you. The brain you build runs on your accounts and your keys. We teach the system; nothing about your business lives with us.

What if I just want it handled?

That’s the custom build, its own engagement priced on top of the seminar. We audit your business and what it needs, quote the work, then build it: one capability (email management, a content pipeline, a stubborn integration) or the whole system, delivered running, with you and your team trained on it. If you’d rather spend money than weekends, this is the lane.

Your first brain got you here.

The second one takes the busywork, holds the memory, and never clocks out. Done with you, or done for you.
