What it does · Meeting notes

Your second brain to remember every meeting.

Every call and meeting becomes notes, action items, and a recap in your voice, filed where you file things, remembered forever. Built on your second brain.

Live Tuesday, September 8, and recorded. Limited seats.

01 / The problem

It’s gone by the afternoon.

The meeting went great. Two hours later you’re squinting at a legal pad that says ‘lake house?’ and reconstructing what you promised.

A single client meeting drags roughly two hours of admin behind it: the notes, the recap email, the CRM update, the follow-up list.

Whatever never got written down didn’t happen. In insurance and advisory that’s a compliance exposure; in every business it’s how promises quietly break.

The generic note-takers write novels nobody reads, then confidently invent action items nobody agreed to. You end up proofreading a robot instead of remembering a client.

So capture falls back on whoever’s memory is best, which after fifteen calls in a day is nobody’s.

Your brain sits in the meeting, or just listens to you talk for ninety seconds after it, then writes the notes your way, drafts the recap, and never forgets a word of it.

02 / How it works

From your brain to done.

Not another standalone tool with its own login and its own amnesia: this is a capability wired into the brain that already knows your business.

Step 1

Capture, your way

Record the meeting, or just talk to it for ninety seconds after. Audio-optional for work where recordings are a liability.

Step 2

Notes the way you file them

Your template, your fields, your systems. CRM activity, matter file, or job notes. Not a wall of AI prose.

Step 3

The recap goes out in your voice

Drafted before you’re back at your desk, behind an approval gate, at the length and tone you set.

Step 4

It remembers forever

Next meeting’s prep brief includes what they said last quarter, the promise you made in March, and the thing they mentioned once about the lake house.

04 / What you get

What you walk away with.

Your foundation goes live at the seminar; this capability gets built on top of it after, with us in the live sessions or done for you. Once it’s on, this is what runs every day:

  • Notes in your template, filed in your systems, minutes after the meeting ends.
  • The recap drafted before the client reaches their car, waiting for your tap.
  • Permanent memory: last quarter’s promise surfaces in next quarter’s prep.
  • An audio-optional mode for work where recordings are a liability.

05 / Permissions

It does what you tell it to do.

Give it as many permissions or as few as you want. You decide what it handles on its own, what waits for your tap, and what it never touches. Start with everything passing through you, hand over the routine as it earns trust, and tighten or loosen any of it anytime. This is how we set it up on day one, and every line of it is yours to change:

  • You set the recording policy: announce and record, ask first, or audio-optional with nothing recorded at all.
  • No invented action items; every line traces back to the transcript.
  • Notes live in your systems, not a vendor’s silo.
  • Recaps wait for your approval until you say otherwise.

06 / The offer

Two ways to get one.

Build it with us in a room, or hand us the keys. Either way you end up with a second brain that knows your business.

Done for you

The Custom Build

Customquoted after an audit of your business

Want it done for you? That’s its own engagement, priced on top of the seminar. We audit your business, quote the work, then design and build the system around how your operation actually runs, integrated with the tools you already use.

  • Starts with an audit: your business, your systems, what actually needs building
  • Quoted up front, one capability or the entire system
  • Built by the team that runs on it themselves, every day
  • Delivered running, with you and your team trained on it
  • Ongoing support if you want it

The seminar sets the foundation. Every capability after that (email management, content creation, posting, document work) you add one of three ways: build it with us in the live sessions, follow the recordings and docs at your own pace, or have us build it for you, quoted separately.

Questions

What about recording consent and compliance?

It announces itself or asks where law and your policy require, and audio-optional mode works from your spoken debrief instead: nothing recorded, nothing retained. Where record-keeping rules apply, the notes are yours to archive like any other business record.

My last note-taker wrote novels nobody read.

Yours writes to your template at your length, the personal details included, not just the compliance boilerplate. Fix the format once; it stays fixed.

Where do transcripts live?

On your accounts, in your systems. Nothing trains anyone’s models, and nothing about your clients lives with us.

Do I have to tell people the meeting is recorded?

Where consent laws or your professional rules require it, yes, and the assistant announces itself. Or skip recording entirely: in audio-optional mode you talk to it for ninety seconds after the meeting, and nothing is ever recorded or retained.

Your first brain got you here.

The second one takes the busywork, holds the memory, and never clocks out. Done with you, or done for you.
