Can it actually read our leases?
Yes, that’s the point. Every reply it drafts is grounded in the tenant’s actual lease, your policies, and the ledger, with the relevant clause cited. If the answer isn’t in the documents, it says so instead of guessing. And it drafts; you approve what goes out.
What about fair housing and liability?
Nothing goes out without your approval, every draft is grounded in your documents rather than the internet’s guesses, and maintenance triage follows the emergency rules you set. It works inside your process, and the judgment stays yours.
What if I’m not technical?
